What is the shelf life of a Gutsey Bar? 

Our bars have a six month "best by" date on each bar however they generally last longer than six months. 

Can Gutsey Bars be frozen to extend shelf life?

Yes, Gutsey bars can be frozen.  The Maine and New Hampshire bars are especially good eaten right out of the freezer, the Boston bar is better served at room temperature.

Are all of your products gluten-free?

Yes all of our products are gluten-free, however, the bars are manufactured in a kitchen that also processes recipes with gluten and therefore not recommended to those with a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease as they may contain traces of gluten.

Do you sell mixed cases?

Yes we do sell mixed cases, please see our products page for mixed box options.

Do you store my credit card information on your website?

No we don’t actually store the credit card info, the information is stored with our credit card processor. When the customer uses a stored card, we only pass a unique identifier to the processor telling them which card we are trying to use.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day. Once your order ships, it should be delivered to you within 2-5 business days. 

Where is my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email the day your package ships that contains your tracking ID number which you can click and will bring you to the USPS tracking page.

Do you offer free shipping and handling?

We offer free shipping and handling for orders over $75.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

We currently only ship within the United States but hope to expand to Canada and beyond in the near future.

 

IMPORTANT SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION:

During the summer months we are not responsible for the melting of bars while in transit, and offer no returns or credits on any product because package contents have been left on your porch or outside in the heat. We suggest having your order shipped to your place of business, neighbors’ home, or anywhere that it can be taken inside immediately.

IF YOUR BARS ARE LEFT IN HEAT TRY THIS:

Un-pack your box, and immediate place in your refrigerator or freezer for about an hour. The bars will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition.
